The Nigerian Military is obviously making efforts at curbing #boko haram #terrorists activities in the country, but the question that has always popped up in minds of analysts is: can Nigeria win the war against terrorists?
Two suicide bombers (a male and female) on Wednesday detonated a bomb at a hospital in Molai Village, Borno State, few kilometres from scenes visited by Vice #President Yemi #Osinbajo who was in the town to pay a visit to Internally Displaced Persons.
A member of the youth vigilante group, Kaka Yusuf, who spoke to our correspondent on the telephone, confirmed the incident.
Yusuf said the two suicide bombers were unsuccessful in their dastardly action as they only succeeded in blowing themselves into pieces and in the process injuring two people.
Molai is 10 kilometres south of Maiduguri where the Vice President visited on Wednesday to check on the IDPs in the town.
He said the suicide bombers were suspected to have sneaked into Molai from Sambisa Forest, the notorious base of the insurgents that has been under military siege for some time now.
Yusuf said on Wednesday that the two suicide bombers, a female and a male, were blown apart, apparently in an accidental detonation of explosives strapped on their bodies.
